By placing an order with M2 Resumes, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. If you disagree with any of these terms, we recommend refraining from using our website. M2 Resumes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and in such cases, the terms applicable at the time of your order placement will govern.

A contract with our service is established when M2 Resumes accepts your order. While we reserve the right to refuse an order without notice, we will inform you within 24 hours if such a decision is made.

Prices listed on the M2 Resumes website are subject to change without prior notice. M2 Resumes does not accept liability for any such changes. If prices change after an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase will be applicable. Any price reductions within seven days of order placement will be refunded upon request.

All content on this site is the property of M2 Resumes, and unauthorized copying is strictly prohibited.

Ordering with M2 Resumes:

To complete your order, we collect personal information, including contact details, education, and employment history. If any information is missing, we will contact you to gather the necessary details or highlight the omission when delivering your completed order.

Payment is collected in advance through PayPal, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer. Alternative payment methods can be discussed upon request.

If you place an incorrect order, we will notify you and settle any cost differences. You have the option to continue or receive a full refund.

If your order may exceed the agreed turnaround time due to complexity or resource constraints, we will contact you to discuss and agree on any necessary actions.

Upon placing an order, we may need to arrange a phone call or email questionnaire to gather required information. Turnaround time starts when all necessary information is received. Your CV will be delivered in Microsoft Word and PDF formats to the provided email address. Missing information may prevent sending a PDF, but upon submission, we will arrange for its delivery within 48 hours.

Please check your junk or spam folder during the order process. We are not liable for orders perceived as not received due to email filtering. Additional services, excluding copy packs, will accompany your order. Copy packs are sent by recorded delivery within 48 hours of confirming your CV as final.

Upon receiving your order, unless adjustments are requested, we consider it complete. Any adjustments should be outlined in an email to info@m2resumes.com. We aim to address adjustments within four days, but expedited requests can be accommodated.

Services are provided in good faith, and any loss or damage resulting from our advice is not our liability.

Turnaround Times:

Our turnaround times are averages and may extend during busy periods. Turnaround time begins when all necessary information is collected, not when an order is placed.

If an extension is likely during busier periods, we will contact you to discuss and agree on actions. Extensions due to order complexity will also prompt contact for discussion and agreement on a timeframe.

M2 Resumes is not liable for complications arising from failing to meet average turnaround times. No refunds will be provided for such instances.

For quicker delivery, consider our express service, typically delivered within 24 hours. This is measured from receiving the required information.

Cancellation and Returns Policy: Services provided by M2 Resumes are exempt from standard distance selling regulations as they are ‘made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.’ We guarantee to revise your CV until you are 100% satisfied, backed by 12 months of free amendments. No refunds are offered.

Returning a Defective or Erroneous Item:

For the copy pack service, our only tangible product, if it arrives damaged, return it to the provided address on the Contact Us page. We will resend it within 48 hours of receipt.

Complaints: In the unlikely event of a complaint, email us at support@m2resumes.com. Your complaint will be investigated, and we aim to respond within three working days.
